Relay Recruitment is a dynamic and forward thinking organisation that is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Recruitment/Sales Administrator to join the team in the Wakefield office.

The role is busy and varied, and requires an individual to possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

Duties involve providing excellent customer service at all times, both internally and externally, full administrative support within the office, monitoring and maintaining operational systems, legal compliance, advertising, and assisting the payroll process.

You may be required to assist in research, referencing and sourcing new business leads, although direct sales will not be expected.

Proven Excel, IT, and customer service skills are essential for this busy role, where you will be dealing with face to face enquiries, working to targets and using your own initiative. It would be advantageous for you to have worked in a sales or recruitment background.
