Our client currently leads the Insolvency market in the UK and we are currently their sole service provider in the UK with further expansion anticipated into international markets.
It is anticipated that the team may expand as the volume of work from the client increases.
Key responsibilities:
You will work on your own initiative and take ownership and accountability for your workload.
You will be responsible for progressing a wide range of data management and analysis tasks including file processing, data manipulation and extraction, outbound and inbound data transfers and production of management reporting for internal and external clients. A key responsibility will be to process daily/weekly automated reports and preparing and processing data imports to Case Management Systems.
Initially much of the work will be internal, however as you develop there will be an increasing amount of external client contact.
Within data management you will have the opportunity to be involved in processes that are core and essential to the business. In addition to regular routine tasks there is scope within the role for development into a wide number of areas dependant on progression.
You will report to a Team Leader for the data management team who will provide training, support and mentoring as required.
Skills and experience: You should have experience of work in data management, preferably combined with experience of working with large-scale client organisations.
It is essential that you will have experience of working with and analysing data, including dealing with complex queries.
You will also have good Excel and Access skills as the majority of the work will be done within these two applications.
