Main Purpose of the job
Accountable for the day-to-day running of the Avaya predictive dialler
Ensuring optimal collections performance is achieved through the use of the dialler
Driving collections performance using SMS/IVR
Utilising resource software
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the day-to-day maintenance of the auto dialler.
Accountable for the day-to-day running of the auto dialler.
Maintenance of Dialler lists, jobs, campaigns and phone strategies.
Accountable for Dialler enhancements.
Marshalling the floor to ensure agents log into the dialler when required and stay in the dialler.
Ad hoc Project work
Bespoke Dialler analysis and reporting.
Best time to dial analysis and recommendations.
Dialler Housekeeping
Accommodate New products / volume
Run SMS application
Use of Workforce management software and outbound IVR
Knowledge Transfer
Experience
Must have excellent working knowledge of Avaya dialling and reporting systems.
Experience of using a dialler system within a Call Centre Environment essential
PC literate essential (Advanced skills in Microsoft Office packages including Excel & Access including using formulas, macros and pivot tables)
