- Full Description:
Our Computer Resource team has a vacancy to provide technical and materials support on the College’s Apple Mac and PC platforms and assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of these resources.
The role also involves guiding and assisting students in the production of their coursework, including software inductions within the resource area, and supporting the College’s ILT strategy in the production of learning materials. You should have proven, relevant experience of using Apple Mac and PC hardware and a working knowledge of a variety of graphics and multimedia software. Working as part of a team, you should have demonstrable communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours.
