    Field Sales Manager (General Print)
    £20K - £25k plus uncapped commission + car / allowance

    Our client is a leading UK print and solutions provider. Established almost thirty years ago and still achieving great success. Operating in more than 30 countries worldwide, they offer a single point of contact for high quality print and innovative, bespoke solutions. Clients include banks, governments, universities, leisure venues, retailers and household names.

    The role

    You will be working on the general print side selling point of sale (POS), brochures, flyers, labels, tags letter heads etc
    · Selling company products, providing quotes, negotiating with clients and suppliers, cross-selling products to existing clients.
    · You will be responsible for booking you own appointments and chasing leads, some provided.
    · Researching and identifying areas to sell is essential as this is more quality based rather than volume.
    · Responsible for generating new business, building your own account base and achieving a set personal revenue target selling products within a niche market within general print

    The Candidate

    · Candidates must have a proven business-to-business external sales record.
    Excellent track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives and targets
    · You will have internal support to assist you in developing your business: however, your role will be a mix of generating new business and networking.
    · Expected to demonstrate a high level of business acumen and be able to identify areas of extra revenue and margin for the company with its existing products and services, following these self generated opportunities through to conclusion.
    · Have experienced of dealing with board level decision makers.
    · Excellent presentation skills.
    · Candidates must be able to research and identify companies and there needs, very quality based in terms of the calls.
    · Experience of general print or print management would be an advantage.
