Technical Support Analysts
Leeds £19,700 - £26,200 (dependent upon experience) + performance based bonus
Full-time (afternoon and night shifts)

We want our customers to explore the potential of Broadband. So it is important that the technical support and expertise we provide continues beyond installation and throughout the lifecycle. You will provide escalated and proactive support to all consumers, through installation, set-up and in-life. Analysing and resolving complex and technical customer faults, you will provide both customer support and training to Technical Advisors. So you will be able to coach individuals, enhance processes and explore ways to eliminate repeat faults.
Coming from the communications/IT sector, you will already have good technical skills: sound broadband and ADSL knowledge; a clear understanding of IP technology; experience of Windows operating systems, wireless network set-ups and fault diagnosis. Ideally, you will also have a working knowledge of VoiP, antivirus applications, line testing equipment and 3rd party relationships, supported by formal Microsoft qualifications. Customer driven and team focused, you will enjoy the chance to take ownership of complex technical issues.
