Leading Intervational Law Firm are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Real Estate Department in the Leeds office.
Key responsibilities: This is a diverse role which includes aspects of HR, Finance, Marketing, Quality and Risk, as well as people management. In this role you will find yourself involved with a variety of issues including interviewing new staff, conducting probation and PDR reviews, dealing with absence issues and performance issues. You will also be dealing with team moves, new starter inductions and marketing activities.
Skills and experience: You should have previous experience in an office management role, which includes a significant element of financial and people management. You must be able to display excellent organisational skills, be a team player, and have an ability to work under pressure.
