    The team consists of 6 members who work closely together and share duties operating a shift system ( working 35 hours per week between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday). The team portray a professional image and ensure the Company’s visions and values are adhered to.

    The department is responsible for providing client services at both Leeds sites. This involves meeting and greeting clients, preparing meeting rooms, arranging hospitality, room bookings, travel desk and answering calls from internal customers and external clients as well as administration duties.

    This position will be predominately a lone working position situated in our switchboard office. Self motivation and initiative are essential attributes. All calls need to be processed within a strict time limit and handled with utmost professionalism.

    Key responsibilities:

    Reporting to the Client Support Team Leader, the key aim of the role is to ensure the highest standards in terms of client service and the efficient operation of the reception areas, including client hospitality, telephone systems, security, room bookings, travel and parking.

    The successful candidate will have high standards of corporate appearance and presentation, representing the Firm and its Vision and Values in all they do to both the internal and external client, ensuring the highest standards of support are delivered. Working on front desk reception, you will be responsible for maintaining service level agreements for switchboard and reception. Setting up visual equipment for client use, liaising with the client support team leader with ideas to further promote excellent client service.

    Skills and experience:

    The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, preferably from a corporate/blue chip background. You must have high standards and exude professionalism, be able to work alone as well as in a team. You must be flexible to work an array of shift patterns to meet business demands. You will complete differing tasks to agreed deadlines.

    Key competencies:

    The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client service, being totally client centred, with excellent communication skills. You will be a team player and have a smart and professional presentation. You will also have a good standard of education and be IT literate.
