This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a professional services organisation based in Leeds city centre on a part-time basis. This role holds the responsibility of overseeing and assisting in the operation of administrational procedures, data processing and general office logistics. The Role:
In this part-time permanent position the Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operation of administrational procedures, data processing and general office logistics. Responsibilities will include maintaining client and business databases for the purposes of reporting and diary systems; answering telephone calls and relaying messages according to agreed systems and standards; ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies and communicating requirements between suppliers and customers. In addition to this you will be typing and word-processing various documents and electronic information; organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; arranging travel and accommodation and undertaking general administrative duties.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a good all-round administrator with experience gained within a professional services organisation: financial / legal is preferable. The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, have the ability to manage office administration and will have a good understanding of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. A PA/Secretarial background would be an advantage, as would audio typing skills, but this is not essential.
Hours:
Part-time hours across 4 or 5 days - hours worked are flexible.
