Our client requires a Medical Secretary for busy medical practice in the Bradford Area.
Previous medical background is essential due to the terminologies used etc. Your duties will include Audio Typing, Doctors dictations, sending our referral letters to hospitals and patients, liaison between doctors, patients and hospitals. You will also need to deal with Consultants and other secretaries.
General admin duties and patient contact will also be expected of you as well as the ability to take minutes in meetings in absence of PA's.
Good IT and Audio typing skills are a must along with the ability to to empathic and abide by a strict confidentiality code.
