Customer Sales Representative (Inbound)
Full Time Permanent Roles
We are currently recruiting for candidates with a passion for customer service. The role will be based in the Leeds, White Rose area, and will involve dealing with inbound calls from existing customers, providing an unrivalled level of service!
The role will involve:
-Dealing with any queries that customers may have
-Taking ownership of calls and ensuring that customers problems are resolved quickly and efficiently
-Identifying customer needs and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded
-Working towards targets
-Working within a team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service
-Providing a professional service at all times when speaking to customers
Person specification:
-Previous experience within a customer focussed environment, the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service knowledge and skills
-Excellent communication skills, and the confidence to deal with a variety of customer questions and queries in a fast paced environment
-Good PC literacy and the ability to learn new systems
-You must be able to work effectively within a team
-Ability to learn about new products and services
