A fantastic role within the administration team due to maternity cover is available for 6 to 9 months full time in Leeds city centre. You will be assisting within the administration department.
•Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
•Carrying out photocopying, binding and laminating of documents
•Delivering incoming faxes, and sending outgoing faxes
•Carrying out local hand deliveries
•Assisting with filing
•Promoting Best Practice within the Firm
•At all times dealing with clients of the Firm and colleagues to provide the highest standard of service
•Adhering to and promoting the Firm’s core values
•Having respect for colleagues and clients
•Maintaining an efficient filing system
•Ensuring incoming correspondence is put on to relevant files on a daily basis
•Photocopying, dealing with faxes, and incoming and outgoing post
•Tracing unreferenced post and thereafter processing as appropriate
•Archiving of files, and retrieval of stored files.
•Arranging business travel for Firm
