This varied role where no day is the same requires an administrator with a proven track record in a similar role.
You will be responsible for supporting a team of 5 based around the UK so a confident nature and the ability to work on your own initiative is a pre-requisite.
Duties will include communicating with customers, suppliers and employees in person or using communication systems, taking messages, filing, inputting, abstracting and presenting information in an appropriate format, produce typed correspondence, reports and other documents, maintain staff planners and diaries, arrange meetings, travel/accommodation, raise invoices, assist with promotional events, exhibitions and functions and tracking expenditure.
Strong admin skills are essential with excel at intermediate to advanced level. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
