Our client is a leading software company based in East Leeds. They provide sales, support, installation and training for their wide range of products and are looking for an experienced full-time Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis with an immediate start.
Some degree of flexibility in working hours will be expected & a full driving licence and car are essential
Duties & responsibilities include:
- Customer service, handling enquiries via both phone and email
- Processing, tracking and fulfilling sales orders
- Issuing and updating product registration codes
- Updating and maintaining the company database
- Credit control duties including chasing non-payment of overdue accounts
- Booking hotel & travel arrangements
- General administration and support
- Maintaining office supplies
- Ad hoc projects as determined by line manager
