International company who is a market leading manufacturer is now looking for a Purchase Ledger Manager to join their busy Finance division. In this extremely varied role the successful candidate will be responsible for both UK and Group offices.
Accountable for managing and developing an expanding team of at least 10 members you will have an in depth knowledge of all aspects of purchase ledger. This should include preparing and maintaining payment, direct debit schedules, month and reports whilst looking to improve/implement new processes for streamlining the business model. You will have worked to strict timescales or in a KPI/SLA environment.
Ideally having worked for around 3 years in a similar role or with plenty of exposure in Purchase Ledger (with team leading experience), you will be ready to step up into a supervisory/management opportunity. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential and experience of Sage Accounts Line 100 or MMS packages would be advantageous.
