Title: Software Solutions Sales / Licensing Sales / Business Development

Salary: Up to £16,000 - £18,000 OTE up to £35,000

ROLE OVERVIEW
The function of the post is to manage and develop the relationship with our customers and increase the contribution from our sales of software and services primarily through telephone and email contact.
To support the business in it's growth targets by driving maximum revenue and growth through the management and development of the top 'Gold' accounts and targeting of the 'Gold' prospects and support the non 'Gold' business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all customer requests inside the published customer service level agreement.
Achieve all sales targets.
Achieve 100% compliance with all issued objectives.
Develop all accounts using the "Common Planning Model" to identify account status and increase gross margin.
Complete and record outcomes of daily "Golden Hour"
Update the forecast on a daily basis
Farm existing accounts by introducing additional products, services and unique selling points.
Develop opportunities for Service Partners and manage the Service partner activity in our accounts.
Development of knowledge and experience in Software Licensing.
Understand "industry issues" in your teams' specific market sector.
Identify new vendor opportunities and communicate them to team leader
Pass and keep up to date any vendor professional qualifications identified by sales management.
Complete actions from customer meetings - as agreed with business development manager.
Support the team leader in the identification of the key product and services for the sector
Take an active part in the planning of the sector sales strategy
