Post
Open and distribute incoming post and hand to appropriate individuals.
Prepare external post as required and check to and adhere to delivery status.
Keep the post room in a good order at all times
Filing
To ensure daily post is transferred to files.
Carry out local deliveries
Reprographics
To print and photocopy documents accurately, in compliance with specific requests and within deadlines and distribute appropriately.
To log all incoming faxes and distribute in timely manner..
Ensure new starter desks are stocked with the relevant equipment and stationery.
To order and maintain stationery supplies and ensure that invoices match delivery notes.
Laminate and bind documents.
File Closure and Archiving
To ensure files are ready to be boxed.
To retrieve files as required.
General
To cover for reception as and when required.
To organise courier collections and deliveries as and when required.
