Our client requires a Contract Area Manager for the Lancashire/ Greater Manchester region for a cleaning services company.
You will be required to carry out site visits, recruit and select cleaning staff, arrange absence cover for sites, carry out team briefings, create and develop effective relationships with customers, liaise with staff and customers to overcome queries.
You will need CRB Clearance, a full clean driving licence, and managerial experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team are essential for this role.
